The app Blitzortung Lightning Monitor does not record, store or publish any personal data.
Location Data #
The device location which is retrieved in order to check for nearby lightning activity is only used on the device itself and not transmitted somewhere.
IP Addresses #
When accessing the backend service the source IP address is logged by the webserver for debugging purpose. These logs are rotated biweekly. All information is deleted after two weeks.
